Chair Frank Romano

1.  Mr. Frank Romana, 2010 Chair of the New York Section, welcomes over eighty members to the January Sectionwide Conference held in Bent Hall at St. John's University

Anne O'Brien

2.  Dr. Anne O'Brien was presented with a bouquet of flowers in appreciation of her nine years of dedicated service as District One Director for the ACS.

The Nichols Foundation Chemistry Teacher Award is presented to Steven Borneman

3.  Steven Borneman, chemistry teacher at Byram Hills High School, was awarded the 2009 Nichols Foundation High School Chemistry Teacher award. Mr. Steven Radice, co-chair of the Nichols Teacher Award Committee, presented him with the award.

Olympiad

5.  Anna Chithelen receiving a New York Section achievement award from Chair Frank Romano and Dr. Stephen Goldberg, Chair of the Olympiad Committee. Anna received high honors on the Olympiad Exam in 2008 and 2009 and was invited to attend the Olympiad Study Camp in Colorado.
